Any personal information given to ladymarmoset.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.Ladymarmoset.com server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, ladymarmoset.com does not store any of your credit card information.  We are currently using PayPal checkout which ensures a safe check out process for all of our customers.

Sales Tax is already included in our prices.

All items are shipped via USPS priority mail.

REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact us.

We do not accept returns for clothes that do not fit.

Please double check the measurements provided above, and ask any questions, prior to bidding.

We do our best to accurately describe each item through pictures and very detailed descriptions.

Any flaw will be mentioned in the listing.

Please keep in mind that all of our items are pre-loved vintage and may have some minimal wear consistent with their age.

We do not offer a refund for a tiny imperfection.

We are not responsible monitor color differences.

A refund will only be given if an item is grossly misrepresented. Refunds are given in store credit or exchange only.

We can not give cash refunds.

Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
